Fiona, was born on the Isle of Bute (making her a proud Brandane) and began her career in 1987 working for the Bute Estate. After several years, Fiona, sought the challenge of a City and, to achieve that she relocated to Glasgow to join a property company specialising primarily in commercial property. During her time working in Glasgow Fiona was involved in many aspects of the property industry, gaining vast experience. Using that experience and rising to the challenge, Fiona earned a reputation for providing a very professional service, in addition to developing an excellent reputation with clients.
In 2005, Fiona had the opportunity to head up an estate agency department in a solicitors’ practice, which she jumped at, especially as it required her to return to the Island she loves and is proud to call home – Bute.
During her career Fiona`s ambition and drive has never left her, and in 2012 she had the opportunity to take over Bute Property (a totally independent estate agency practice) in Rothesay, again she grabbed it with both hands. Over the past ten years Fiona has used all her experience and knowledge to develop a business practice providing excellent customer service with first-hand knowledge of the properties on the island. In a few words, Fiona provides professionalism, passion and understanding to all her clients, many of whom have trusted her when selling and/or buying property.
